ORDER CONFIRMATION
At the time of order, the customer is responsible for confirming their order before paying for and submitting the order. Please make sure the correct product and size have been selected. If the product on the order confirmation is shipped by FSR and the customer says the wrong product was ordered, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges due to lack of confirming the correct product and size were selected at the time of order.
SHIPPING
General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you of the delay and when we anticipate the item to be back in stock.
Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses within the lower 48 of the United States. We are able to ship to locations outside of the lower 48 but we will need to discuss with you any additional fees for shipping, etc. If you have questions on shipping outside of the United States, please email us at [email protected].
Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you when your order is placed and in our system for shipping. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 72 business hours from the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
Customer may be required to be present at the time of delivery or additional charges may apply.
Shipping Costs
Freespirit Recreation charges a flat fee for all products within the lower 48 United States.
All gear, lights, and other products are typically delivered via FedEx Ground to your individual delivery address plus shipping.
Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas or very large or heavy items, please contact our office to discuss these situations.
Sales tax is charged at checkout according to the state, province, or territory to which the item is shipped. As of February 2024, FSR collects sales tax in the following states: Colorado, California, Washington, Arizona, Indiana, Utah, Wisconsin, Idaho, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at 720-370-8882. Take pictures of any damage packaging and item. Please have delivery driver note damage on paperwork. You are able to reject delivery of your item if you feel the damage is significant or work with FSR on a solution.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the size of our products, our shipping and return policies differ from other retail and online suppliers. Please read over this policy before you place your order. We reserve the right to update or change these policies at any time.
CANCELLED ORDERS
Any cancelled order pre-shipping will be charged a 3.8% administration and processing fee.
RETURNS
We accept returns up to ten (10) business days from delivery of the product. The following applies to returns:
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in saleable condition.
- Bedding and other gear must be in the original packaging and unopened.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- There will be a 20% restocking fee of the total order applied before refund is issued.
- Shipping charge on the original order is non-refundable.
- Once the tracking number is created and the order is shipped, FSR cannot turn your shipment around. If you decide to return it, you are responsible for receiving the item and shipping it back to FSR at: Freespirit Recreation, 120 Capital Drive, Golden, CO 80401
You must contact us at 720-370-8882 or c[email protected] for the Return Material Authorization (RMA). The RMA number is REQUIRED on the shipping label and the box. Please use shipping services that offer insurance and tracking. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.

Orders placed as Colorado Warehouse Local Pickup need to be picked up within 2 business weeks of being notified that your product is in our warehouse. If the product has not been picked up within the two-week time frame a storage fee of $50.00 will be charged to the customer.
